The double room I was given was complete with nice bathroom, balcony, as example. The gentle staff was much appreciated.

The hotel was located in the centre of the city. Great to be 500 metres away from 'nni Franco U'vastiddaru, enjoyed our meal there.

The hotel staff is gentle and polite. The room is functional, brand-new and has city views.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, coffee/tea making equipment, and a work desk inside the room. Its city view and gentle stuff were the key features🙂😀😀

the room was new-fashioned, freshly renovated and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. it was nice to find an electric kettle and refrigerators. the location was lovely, near vibrant byzantine mosaics.

Really enjoyed a very relaxing stay with marvellous location very close to the center of the city and a breakfast included. The staff was kind and nice and solved our problems immediately...

My recent stay at Kala Rooms was fantastic. The location was perfect for exploring the old town on foot, with many sights within easy walking distance. The room I stayed in was spacious and the modern bathroom was a nice touch. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and they even allowed us to store our luggage before check-in. While there were a few minor issues such as noise from the bar below and a lack of refrigerator in the room, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nicely decorated room, everything was perfect. Location not far from historic district of Palermo, Palermo and the old town. For shots visit Cheers wine bar, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

amazing stay in palermo! kala rooms exceeded my expectations with their fantastic location, modern rooms, and helpful staff. the nearby park and seafront were a bonus. will definitely stay here again on future visits to palermo.

Noisy due to nearby restaurants.

I recently stayed at Kala Rooms for my visit to Palermo. The staff were fantastic, the room was perfect with three beds and a spacious bathroom. The location was fantastic, with a busy restaurant/cafe on the doorstep and easy access to the city centre. There was also a lovely park across the road and a short walk to the seafront. This will definitely be my go-to hotel for all future visits.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to the old town sites and plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering valuable advice for our family tours and dining options. In the mornings, we enjoyed a tasty breakfast at a local cafe just across the piazza, which added to the charm of our stay. Additionally, the convenience of having a Carrefour market just a 3-minute walk away made it easy for us to grab any essentials we needed. a fantastic family experience!

My kids wished the rooms had more cable programming for their entertainment during downtime.
